We all feel the pressures of life sometimes. We start out with the best of plans but somewhere along the way life throws up obstacles and suddenly we are in survival mode without even realizing it. Sometimes it’s worth taking the time to check in with yourself. Ask yourself, ‘how am I doing today?’ ‘What are my goals and values?’ ‘Am I really performing at my optimum or am I just surviving?’ This article below is worth a read and has a few good tips about how to help yourself back on the path to the being the best version of yourself that you can possibly be.
