PhD Blogger’s How-To: So You Want to Blog (Academic Edition)

So You Want to Blog (Academic Edition)

What a summer.

I wrote and I read and I wrote and read and I went to conferences. Four conferences in fact. And I wrote a new paper for each conference. Yeh, not the best idea I’ve had recently. Somewhere in between that reading and writing and conference going I also made time for my husband and daughter.

Now, as summer is winding down, I’m cleaning up my email in hopes to have an empty inbox before the new school year begins.

In May, I came across an excellent post about the basic how-tos of academic blogging (originally published at University of Venus at Inside Higher Ed.). So good in fact, I asked the blogger to repost. She said yes.

So here it is my fellow PhDs. I hope you get something out of it.

Enjoy and Happy Blogging!

Thanks for the post. Would be really interested in reading that report but can’t seen to find a link to the blog article here?

  3. Below the title of this post and my name, the title of the repost is listed: So You Want to Blog (Academic Edition). That is the link to the original article.
